See individual party packages for food options.
Q: What time should my guests arrive for my party?
A: We ask that your guests arrive no more than 10 min. prior to yourscheduled party to avoid intruding on other parties. Party assistants will be on hand to escort you guests to your party room for hand sanitizing and to go over safety rules.
Q: Should each guest have a signed waiver?
A: Yes! For insurance purposes, all guests must have a signed waiver completed and signed by their parent or guardian. It saves time if you include a waiver in your invitation so they can have them ready to go upon arrival for the party. Family members can all be included on one waiver. This document can easily be downloaded from our website at www.123wejump.com. No one will be allowed to jump without a signed waiver, no exceptions.
Q: Can I spend more than the designated play time in the jump area?A: Unfortunately we cannot extend play time, or time in the party roomdue to scheduling constraints. Extra time can be purchased if you select the last party of the day and there is no other party following yours. Extra time is $100.00 for an extra hour in the facility.
Q: What if I have additional or last minute guests?A: Each party package allows for a specific number of children withan additional charge for extra guests. The height and weight disparity creates an unsafe situation for the children. The cost is $10.00 per pizza and you may bring in extra drinks for everyone as we only provide one drink for each paid guest.
