Birthday Party Tips!!!!
To help insure you have the Best Party you can at 1,2,3 Jump we have a list of suggestions for you to review. These are facility policies and suggestions that we have learned over the course of having many birthday parties at our facility.
General Guidelines when planning your party:
1) No outside food or drinks are allowed. You may bring in a CAKE ONLY. If you want pizza you will need to order through us at least 1 day in advance of your party.
2) We only supply food and drinks for the number of paid child participants. If you are inviting adults, please remember that you must supply paper products for them yourself.
3) Make sure to inform parents that children will be running and playing and to dress them appropriately. In the winter we suggest layering participants.
4) Remember to make sure to put “Wear Socks” on your invitations.
5) Our party rooms have a limited capacity. Please make sure to take this into consideration when inviting guests. Count total number of adults plus children when determining the size of you party. Check out the room before hand to make sure your party size will be appropriate.
6) We will sell refreshments during your party if you would like additional refreshments. We have pop and juice boxes ( $1.00), and chips (.75)
7) If your package includes a party host, they will help as much or as little as you would like. Please tell them what level of participation you are looking for. They will set up, clean up and help supervise the children in the jump room. Please tell them what else you would like them to do. They can load presents into vehicles, cut cake etc. Please make sure to tell them so they know what you expect from them.
8) Make sure to download the waiver ahead of time and have parents of invited guests sign it. You can send the waiver with the invitation to save time. Our waiver is available on our website at www.123wejump.com. Every child needs a signed waiver to jump. No exceptions. This is an insurance requirement.
9) Please make sure parents understand that their child must be picked up at the designated time. Parties need to vacate the building when their party time ends because another party is usually starting.
10) Let us know what you need. We are happy to help customize party packages and work with you to make your day special.
11) We want to make sure you have a GREAT party. Please let us know what we did well and what we can improve on. We value you as a customer and want you to give us good referrals. To better prepare for your party, 1,2,3 Jump will need a final head count 1 week prior to your party. If this number changes, please advise us no later that 48hours before your scheduled party. Children will be counted prior to the beginning of the party and if your number exceeds the number of guest paid for, payment must be made before the party begins. Sorry, no checks for any additional amounts owed.
12) Please note our cancellation policy: If you must cancel your party prior to making you payment in full, you will forfeit the $50.00 nonrefundable deposit. You have the option to reschedule your party within the following 2 months from the date of the original party, on any available date we have open, and we will apply your deposit towards that party. If you have to cancel you party after you have made payment in full NO refunds will be issued. You have the option to reschedule a party within the following 2 months from the date of the original party on any available date we have open and we will apply your payment to towards party.
